When you encounter true magic, you feel it through your whole body. I got to the retreat without really knowing what’s waiting for me. I thought they’ll hand out schedules and we could either show up or not, and I thought I was just gonna let time fly in the desert’s serenity. But I ended up connecting to myself, to my inner depths, to my heart, to my serenity, to the people around me and to the beauty of the desert. I carry this experience with me everyday since I got home. I came in with questions I didn’t even know I had… and I found answers and still get to keep answering these questions. Besides the amazing classes and the lovely teachers who guided us on an amazing physical experience, something about the type of people who come to these kinds of retreats really touches your heart. There was this different frequency in the air. I long to go back for another round and I’m ready to open my heart further and be more present.
