PADME was born from a passion for connecting hearts, creating experiences that empower us and help us become the best version of ourselves.
The term Padme comes from Sanskrit and means “Lotus Flower.” We believe that true change in the world begins with inner transformation, and that it is possible — and necessary — to grow through challenges.

About the Founder
Or Barak is a social entrepreneur and facilitator. His journey has taken him from performing on stage in high school, through military leadership, to working in high-tech, and finally on a global journey of self-discovery, which led to the creation of PADME.
His mission is clear: to walk alongside you on your journey, providing a platform for connection, transformation, and a life filled with meaning.
