“Padme – Holidays & Retreats” Website
The “Padme – Holidays & Retreats” website (hereinafter: the “Website”) is operated by Padme and/or Or Barak (hereinafter: the “Company”), at the internet address www.padme.co.il, and is intended for the marketing and sale of holidays and/or retreats in Israel and abroad (hereinafter: the “Product” or the “Service”).
Browsing the Website, using it and/or making a purchase through it are subject to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions and constitute full, explicit and unconditional consent to all of the provisions herein.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the user and the Company.
The use of masculine language is for convenience only and applies to all genders equally.

Limitation of Use of the Website
The Company may, at its sole discretion, prevent a user from accessing or using the Website, including in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Performance of any illegal act
- Harm to the Company, other users, or the proper operation of the Website
- Providing false or misleading information
Purchases through the Website are permitted for users aged 18 and over only.
Purchase of Products and Payment Terms
Purchases on the Website are made using the payment methods offered on the checkout page.
Prices displayed on the Website include the services specified on the relevant product page, and the Company may update them from time to time without prior notice.
The Company may change the range of products, their terms or availability, and may limit or prevent purchases at its discretion.
Service Delivery Policy
Following order placement and payment approval, the customer will receive, within up to 7 business days, an email and/or SMS notification containing the service details, schedule and participation information.
The purchased product is a future service (holiday / retreat) and not a physical product.
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact details.
Product Liability
The services offered on the Website belong to the wellness, retreats and holiday sectors and include accommodation, activities, workshops and group content, as detailed on the product page.
The Company will provide the services in accordance with the details published and confirmed in the order.
It is clarified that the participant’s experience is influenced by personal factors, and the Company is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction.
The Company undertakes to act with reasonable skill, care and good faith, in accordance with the nature of the service, and shall not be liable for damages arising from natural and unavoidable risks inherent in such activities, provided they were not caused by the Company’s negligence.
Health Declaration, Personal Responsibility and Waiver
The participant declares that they are aware the activities involve physical and/or emotional effort and that they have independently assessed their personal suitability for participation.
The participant undertakes to inform the Company in advance of any relevant medical, mental or physical limitation.
Nothing on the Website or within the activities constitutes medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
Participation in the activities is voluntary and under the participant’s sole responsibility, with a commitment to follow staff instructions and listen to one’s body.
The participant waives any claim, demand or lawsuit arising from natural and unavoidable risks associated with the activities provided under the Service, provided such risks were not caused by the Company’s negligence.
Nothing herein shall derogate from the participant’s rights under applicable law.
Overseas Retreats and Holidays – Special Conditions
The Company acts solely as an organizer and coordinator and is not a direct provider of flights, insurance, international transportation or medical services. Nevertheless, the Company will exercise reasonable care in selecting service providers.
Services provided by third parties abroad (including accommodation, transfers, activities and local suppliers) are provided under their sole responsibility.
Responsibility for holding a valid passport, required visas and travel medical insurance rests solely with the participant.
Failure to meet these requirements shall not entitle the participant to a refund.
Program Changes
The Company may make reasonable changes to the retreat program due to logistical, professional or external circumstances, without such changes constituting grounds for cancellation or compensation.
A material change shall include, inter alia: cancellation of the retreat, change of destination country, change of primary location, or a substantial change in the nature of the main contents published in advance.
non-material changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: office@padme.co.il
Cancellation fees shall apply in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
In addition:
- Up to 15 days before the event – NIS 600 handling fee
- 14–8 days before the event – 30% of the order price
- 7 days or less – no refund
Nothing herein derogates from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing the service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: security situations, war, hostilities, pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, regulatory restrictions or supplier cancellations.
In such cases, the Company shall act in good faith to offer a reasonable alternative solution or refund in accordance with the law.
Minimum Participants and Termination of Participation
The holiday is subject to a minimum number of participants.
In the event of cancellation by the Company, a full refund will be issued.
The Company may terminate the participation of any person who disrupts the retreat, without refund.
Notice of cancellation due to insufficient participants will be given no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Indemnification
The customer undertakes to indemnify the Company for any damage, claim or expense arising from violation of these Terms, provision of false information or inappropriate conduct.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
Privacy Policy
Information provided by the user during use of the Website, as well as any data derived therefrom or otherwise obtained by the Company in connection with the Website (collectively: “User Information”), shall be subject to the provisions below.
Users are under no legal obligation to provide their information, and doing so is voluntary and with consent.
The Company maintains a database in accordance with applicable law and uses third-party services such as payment processors, email marketing services and CRM systems for Website operation and service provision.
Marketing Communications Consent
By providing personal details, registering on the Website and/or making a purchase, the user consents to receiving communications of any kind from the Website operator and/or related parties, including promotional messages, system notifications and service messages. Personal information will not be disclosed or used for additional marketing purposes without permission.
User information may be used for contacting the user, responding to inquiries, operating the Website and internal needs such as complaint handling. Such use shall not be deemed a violation of privacy.
The Company takes reasonable measures to safeguard information. In cases beyond the Company’s control or due to force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by loss or unauthorized use of information.
In case of any discrepancy between the Hebrew and English versions of these Terms, the Hebrew version shall prevail.
